An estimated 45% of the United States population will have televisions set to watch the superbowl today. CBS network has a pro-life commercial airing... staring a quarterback from the University of Florida, Tim Tebow. For thirty-seconds, Tebow's mother discusses how she was persuaded by doctors to pursue abortion while she was pregnant. Sticking to her religion, she kept the baby and he turned out to be her talented son. Paid for by 'the conservative Christian group Focus on the Family'. Thirty-second commercials during the Super Bowl are selling for $2.5 million to $2.8 million.
A woman's right for choice totally taking a step backwards for a few million dollars & people are so zombie-esque/retarted from the television, it could be hard to recognize what's going on here. This ad rlly makes the average person feel like every non-abortion is such a happy ending.
It's really not the issue of pro-choice that's making me want to burn all televisions,
